We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Porlock Vale CIC. As an Ethics Lead, you will play a key role in promoting our community and delivering exceptional customer service to our visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our community and visitors
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote Porlock Vale
- Collaborating with our team to deliver high standards of service and promote our members and local events
- Assisting with digital marketing and promotion of our community interest company
As a part-time employee, you will have flexibility in your weekly hours, with a minimum of 9-12 hours per week during summer and winter seasons. You will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
