Cinnabon Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our Cinnabon bakery store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, promoting sales, and increasing profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.25.
- A quarterly bonus incentive scheme.
