The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bottle supply equipment, ensuring accurate completion of bottle supply traceability sheets, and controlling bottle and film waste. They will also be required to adhere to machine operating procedures, drive machine performance to reduce waste costs, and supply lines set up and changeovers to reduce downtime.

The ideal candidate will have food manufacturing experience, strong team working skills, and the ability to work shifts. They will also possess good communication skills and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating bottle supply equipment
  • Accurate completion of bottle supply traceability sheets
  • Control of bottle and film waste
  • Adherence to machine operating procedures
  • Drive machine performance to reduce waste costs
  • Supply lines set up and changeovers to reduce downtime
  • De-bagging fault finding
  • Assist colleagues with bottlenecks/basic problem solving
  • Adapt to changing priorities as determined by customer requirements
  • Carry out all machine safety checks
  • Maintain and drive hygiene and housekeeping standards - Grade A self-Audit
  • Completion of relevant bottle supply documentation / Log Books
  • Supply performance reporting and recording
