About the Role

Pulse Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Safeguarding Team in Kingston & Richmond. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Work on cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings, and ensure that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording.
  • Team Management: Contribute to team management, deputizing for the team leaders and potentially supervising work of an ASYE or students.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Build strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network, and our partner agencies.
  • Professional Development: Actively take part in reflective supervision and group supervision, and participate in a huge range of additional professional development opportunities as part of our regional Social Work Teaching Partnership.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant Social Work qualification and completion of ASYE.
  • Registration: Active Social Work England registration.
