About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Quality Inspector to join our team at Duxvalves. As a key member of our precision engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in programming and quality inspection, with experience in a CNC machining environment. You will be working with the latest CNC technology and will be expected to produce high-quality CMM programs using Mitutoyo MCOSMOS software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform first-off and batch inspection to ensure quality standards are met
  2. Develop and maintain CMM programs for in-process and final inspection
  3. Conduct final inspection and compile FAIR, PPAP, and batch inspection dimensional measurement data
  4. Perform calibration of measurement equipment and support engineers and operators with quality issues
  5. Identify and detail non-conforming parts
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in programming and quality inspection
  2. Experience in a CNC machining environment
  3. Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and industry standards
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
