We are seeking a skilled Residential Technical Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Daniel Owen Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and project coordination, ensuring that our projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate residential construction projects from inception to completion
* Ensure projects are executed within budget and on time
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks

Requirements:

* Architectural Technologist background
* BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction, or equivalent
* Extensive experience working in a technical role at a residential house builder or consultancy
* Good level of IT literacy with experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Proven ability in an Architectural Technologist role, delivering design for projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards with high customer satisfaction
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
* Commercially aware with the ability to make decisions within authority
* Capable of leading and working effectively as a team member
* Practical and methodical with strong analytical skills and the ability to suggest solutions to problems
* Strong mathematical ability
