Become a Facilities Electrical Professional Trainee

As a Facilities Electrical Professional Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
About the Role:
You will contribute to the maintenance and upgrade of the country's power grid, working closely with teams to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, operating vehicles, and participating in comprehensive training programmes at our Training Facility.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project objectives, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.Identify and assess potential hazards, implementing measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.Operate company vehicles, navigating remote job sites and transporting equipment as required.Develop your technical expertise through extensive training and mentorship, focusing on electrical network maintenance and upgrade.Adapt to changing weather conditions, working outdoors in a variety of locations while maintaining exceptional standards.Participate in Health and Safety training, acquiring role-specific authorizations and certifications.What You'll Need:
A strong academic background, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, including passes in Maths and English Language (grades 4/C or above) OR a Level 2 Pass in Functional Skills.A driving license permitting you to drive in the UK, obtained within the first year of employment.Benefits:
