Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AV Installation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our installation function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations for both minor and major projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation Delivery: Ensure the successful installation of systems to the expected standard of the company.
  2. Project Leadership: Lead projects on site, overseeing the work of other Installation Engineers and Sub Contractors.
  3. Site Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports to Project Managers.
  4. Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients at a site level.
  6. Installation Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers to plan installations for challenging projects.
  7. Site Management: Manage large projects as required.
  8. Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys for installations and new opportunities.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Divisional Directors, Project Managers, and Site Teams to ensure a seamless installation function.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in AV installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
