Job Description

  1. Drive the development and execution of productivity improvement plans
  2. Utilise data analysis to pinpoint areas of improvement
  3. Partner with Engineering & Manufacturing teams to implement productivity strategies
  4. Mentor and manage a high-performing team
  5. E nsure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  6. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
  7. Monitor and report on performance metrics
  8. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Productivity Performance Manager should have:

  1. Proven experience in driving productivity enhancements
  2. Ability to define KPI strategies with data-driven decision-making
  3. Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach
  4. Strong knowledge of the gas or chemical industry
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
