About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to our guests.
  • Work closely with the service teams to ensure a great dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with central menu changes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Commis or Chef De Partie in a busy, high-volume operation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations.
