We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Valve Machinist to join our team at WSG Energy Services UK HQ in Normanton, Wakefield.

Apprenticeships offer a valuable pathway for individuals to gain practical, hands-on experience while learning a trade or profession. These programs combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, allowing apprentices to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Moreover, apprenticeships provide immediate entry into the workforce, enabling participants to earn a wage while they learn.

The successful candidate will work towards completion of the Level 2 Engineering operative apprenticeship, on the mechanical pathway, which includes:

  1. Level 2 Diploma Engineering Operations Skills L2 – Mechanical
  2. Certificate Engineering Operations Knowledge L2 – Mechanical

Day release classes will be held at Castleford College in Wakefield.
