Job Title: CAD Technician

Job Summary:
White Label Recruitment Ltd is working with a manufacturing business in Manchester to find a skilled CAD Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, sheet metal design, and SolidWorks, and will be involved in projects from concept through to final manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create detailed CAD drawings using SolidWorks.
* Design and develop structures, sheet metal parts, and fabricated components.
* Convert client-provided designs into CAD drawings and prepare them for manufacture.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure design feasibility.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and detail in all work, ensuring designs meet project specifications and client expectations.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of sheet metal, fabrication, and assembly.
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant CAD experience, preferably in product design, mechanical design, or signage.
* Creative flair and ability to develop and refine designs creatively, while adhering to technical constraints.
* Degree in product design, mechanical design, or related field (though not essential).

What We Offer:
* 40 hours per week (Flexible start/finish times, 1 day WFH after probation)
