Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Markets Program Execution & Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects and programs across various Markets businesses and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of projects and programs across Markets sales/trading desks and functions, including Risk, Legal, Finance, and Compliance.
  • Identify, prioritize, and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions, and issues.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to Markets Program Execution & Transformation and senior management covering book of work status and plans.
  • Coach and develop more junior PMO team members.
Requirements
  • Experience of structured project management & PMO techniques, preferably in a Markets front office environment.
  • Experience of designing and implementing PMO processes and creating applicable guidance materials.
  • Experience of undertaking 'Book of Work' quality assurance and assisting with remediation efforts.
  • Exposure to Front Office trading processes across the full trade lifecycle within a large bank/dealer.
  • Exposure to global markets trading products (Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) and/or securities services (Prime, Collateral, Clearing, Custody, Fund Services).
