Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at People Solutions Group. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing stock/orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Unloading and loading containers/pallets with care and attention to detail
• Palletising and labelling stock with precision
• Completing paperwork and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity
• Good level of English language skills, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet productivity targets
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Good work ethic, reliability, and time-keeping skills
