Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Anson McCade in Northampton. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects to plan and scale, ensuring effective relationships with technical teams, and meeting governance, risk policies, and compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and delivering multiple projects to plan and scale
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with technical teams
  • Ensuring that all governance, risk policies, and compliance policies are met
  • Scoping, planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Previous and significant PM experience within Financial Services, Fin-Tech, or Banking
  • Project management qualification with experience of managing a portfolio of projects (£500K - £2M cash per annum) in a complex organisation
  • Delivering programs in an onshore and offshore development model
  • Software development methodologies, Waterfall and Agile
  • Tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Full Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel, PowerPoint
