Salary
We offer competitive pay and great perks for our culinary expert role. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary to be around £23,000-£28,000.

Job Description
As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers. You will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, listen and act on customer feedback, support the creation of new menus, represent Healthcare, and maintain a positive brand image. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards. You must comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have experience supervising a team, and have experience in a similar Chef role. A flexible approach to working is essential, and a Food Hygiene certificate is required.
