About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, to ensure efficient delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Adhere to Royal Mail's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
