  • You will partner with senior team members to develop and execute market mapping and talent pipeline initiatives for clients.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the schedules of supporting consultants, ensuring seamless candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • You will lead targeted outreach efforts to potential candidates through email campaigns and social media, fostering relationships within the industry to enhance market expertise.
  • As a key member of our team, you will identify and attract top candidates, leveraging your professional network to drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven track record in research, resourcing, or delivery within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and listening skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage confidently with individuals at all levels.
