Architectural Technologist Position Summary


Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing consultancy in Maidstone. As an award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy, the company delivers projects across various sectors, with values ranging up to £40M.


This role requires an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of UK building regulations. Key responsibilities include creating technical details and drawings using a combination of Revit and AutoCAD.


Key Responsibilities

  2. Work on projects across multiple sectors
  3. Develop technical details using Revit / AutoCAD
  4. Liaise with professionals and build relationships with clients
  5. Attend site visits
  6. Provide architectural solutions
  7. Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages

Requirements

  2. Live within commuting distance to Maidstone
  3. Practical experience using Revit / AutoCAD is desirable
  4. 1 year's + experience (UK based)
  5. Knowledge of UK building regulations
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, professionals, and clients
  7. Motivated individual
  8. Ability to take initiative
  9. Communication skills
