About the Role
We are seeking a skilled People and Culture Advisor to join our team at St Elizabeth Hospice. As a key member of our operational HR team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of people issues, including employee relations, absence management, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective HR solutions.
- Support the implementation of our people plan, including the development of policies and procedures, and the delivery of training and development programs.
- Contribute to the delivery of a range of HR projects, including restructuring, resourcing, and talent management initiatives.
- Provide management information and analytics to support decision-making and improve HR services.
Requirements
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Full membership of the CIPD (or working towards it).
