We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Executive Chef Leader to join our team at Sika Everbuild in Leeds. As part of our dynamic culinary services, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to 140 clients in the business and industry sector.

About the Role

This is an ideal position for a seasoned chef with leadership skills who can effectively manage food preparation, presentation, and portion specifications. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all company promotions are correctly implemented, analysing and managing in-unit costs, monitoring and managing GP, and maintaining accurate records of cost and sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for minimising food wastage, reporting and investigating HSE incidents, and maintaining the cleanliness of kitchens and surrounding areas.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need previous culinary experience, particularly in a similar management position, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients. Compensation Package
