Senior Care Assistant
A rewarding role for a dedicated individual to join our care team as a Senior Care Assistant, providing exceptional care to residents while leading a team with empathy and professionalism.
About the Role:
- Promoting independence and dignity for residents in daily activities
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth handovers
- Overseeing medication rounds and ensuring accurate documentation
- Supporting team members and addressing training needs
- Conducting regular one-on-one check-ins with staff
- Investigating complaints and upholding best practices
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
- Minimum two years experience in a care home setting
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
- Ability to commute within 30 minutes of Mansfield
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: GBP13.56 per hour
