Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team at Amber Employment Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the management team to focus on business growth and acquiring new landlords.

Your primary objective will be to deliver top-notch service to clients, using your proactive communication skills to match potential tenants to available properties and coordinate viewings. You will also be responsible for negotiating tenancy agreements and proactively seeking new property opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Assistant Branch Manager on upcoming properties and market strategies.
  • Keeping landlords informed on feedback, marketing trends, and potential price adjustments.
  • Collaborating with the Assistant Branch Manager to focus on business growth and attract new landlords.
  • Assisting the property management team with arranging property works, inspections, and landlord communications.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of lettings compliance, legislation, and local market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility across branches.
