We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with acquired brain injuries in their own homes and communities.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a kind and caring nature, flexibility, and reliability. You will be responsible for prompting and encouraging our clients to take their medication, providing behavioral support, and assisting with daily living tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driver's license and be able to commit to regular shifts. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success.
