Job Overview

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client\'s manufacturing team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Electrician to work in a high-tech environment, providing expert maintenance and support to our client\'s cutting-edge equipment.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000, plus training, bonus, overtime, and progression opportunities into leadership or technical expert positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, testing, and calibration.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
