Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand and Creative to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our brand and product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product/Market Fit

Utilize market research, data analysis, and collaboration with distillers and retailer partners to identify opportunities for growth and achieve sales objectives.

Product Design

Develop and propose products that meet the brief set by the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring a strong product-market fit.

Product Manufacturing

Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from design to manufacturing, and ensure seamless handover to the Supply Chain and Fulfillment Team.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience

Proven experience within the Food and Beverage industry, with a strong understanding of the alcohol sector.

Innovation and Creativity

Ability to generate new product ideas and concepts that meet market trends and consumer demands.

Communication and Analytical Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas confidently and analyze data to inform product development decisions.

Negotiation and Leadership Skills

Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders, and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Attention to Detail and Adaptability

Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Time and Critical Path Management

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
