Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Swindon area.
About the ServiceThe service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Ensure the service is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for service users.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in care management, preferably in a residential and supported living setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
