About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing experience for our guests, delivering a variety of treatments, and advising on the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether they are hotel guests or on a spa break
  • Deliver a variety of treatments and provide expert advice on products
  • Sell a range of products from our retail offer and upsell or book guests in for additional treatments
  • Attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors to perfect your skills

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential
  • Elemis and Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
