Housing Management Coordinator Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our team in Exeter as a Housing Management Coordinator. As a key member of our housing and property management team, you will be responsible for providing tenancy support and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with other teams to resolve any issues related to tenancies, maintenance, and property management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience and qualifications in housing management or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
