Temporary Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant on a temporary, ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in using Sage and Landmark systems, with a proven track record in processing invoices, preparing payment runs, and getting accounts to trial balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Ensure accounts are maintained up to trial balance.
• Utilize Sage and Landmark systems for various accounting tasks.
• Assist with other accounting duties as required.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Sage and Landmark systems.
• Proven ability to process invoices and prepare payment runs.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
