Our client, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the automotive and motor trade industries, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the sales ledger team, you will be responsible for:
- Credit Control: Managing internal and external debtors, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Financial Data Management: Collating and posting banking transactions, reconciling the bank, and processing remittances.
- Sales Ledger Management: Maintaining accurate records of internal sales and vehicle sales ledgers, identifying and resolving any variances.
- Administrative Support: Providing ad-hoc assistance to the team as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Excel and fast data entry skills. A background in the motor trade industry is desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business and contribute to its success.
