About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member.

Your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals, ensuring a high standard of culinary care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
  • Ensure dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures.
  • Keep the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and ensure dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
  • Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
  • Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all you do.

You will demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, and having experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.

A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial, and you will demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
