Supporting Young Learners in CoventryOur school in Bedworth, rated 'Good' by OFSTED, is looking for a caring and nurturing teaching assistant to work alongside the teacher in a two-form entry class. The successful candidate will assist the whole class and provide individualized support to learners with SEMH and SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teaching and learning of a Key Stage Two class
- Provide tailored support to learners with SEMH and SEN needs
- Work closely with the teacher to ensure effective lesson planning and delivery
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting pupils with complex SEMH and SEN needs
- Strong skills in 1:1 student support and safeguarding
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (£95-£105 per day)
