We are seeking a motivated and driven Refuse Loader to join our friendly team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient collection and disposal of waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload waste from vehicles and transfer it to designated areas
  • Operate lifting equipment to load waste into collection vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
