The Opportunity
We are currently working with a global business in the automotive industry that is seeking an experienced Workshop Parts Supervisor to join its team in Stockport. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of the business.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department
* Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to minimize vehicle downtime
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations
* Manage stock levels, optimize inventory, and ensure effective stock control
* Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently
* Implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability

Requirements
* Experience in a parts management role within the automotive industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* A customer-focused approach, aligned with the company's core values of innovation, collaboration, and integrity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively

* Estimated salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
