We are seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of our civil engineering projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and quotations for submission to our clients.

2. Place orders for the supply of labour, plant and materials.

3. Assist with the preparation of valuations of the work for payment and agree with clients.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

* HNC Construction and the Built Environment as a minimum.

* Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.

* Attention to detail with the ability to work methodically and efficiently.
