Senior BIM Engineer

Rate: £50ph Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM & Digital Engineer to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. This role will involve contributing to the BIM modelling and coordination aspects of projects, under the guidance of the Task Team Manager / BIM Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the application of Business Unity BIM Standards to projects and follow the Delivery Team BIM Execution Plan.
- Provide BIM authoring support to projects, using the appropriate technology as prescribed in the Delivery Team BEP. This includes model authoring, federation, clash management, H&S in BIM, COBie, IFC, and Classification Delivery.
- Link BIM models from other task teams and access the latest models from the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills in BIM throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
This is a remote-based role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a defined and structured set of BIM objects contained within a wider BIM data set.
