As an Audience Editor, you'll be responsible for setting the tone for our social media presence, developing a small, social-first content strategy, and managing our daily social media output.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set the tone for our social media presence on existing and new platforms in the UK and US
* Develop a small, social-first content strategy to attract and convert new audiences via organic social media
* Manage the daily social media output of Future Publishing and use analytics tools to monitor performance
* Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to curate engaging social content
* Pitch and write website articles to increase traffic to the site

Requirements:

* At least three years' experience in social media management and experience with audience growth
* Expertise in and passion for social media platforms, especially Facebook, X, and Instagram
* An excellent grasp of language, spelling, and grammar
* An understanding of current affairs and media law
* Familiarity with Future Publishing's approach to news and features and a good sense of what will interest our readers
* An understanding of search engine optimisation
* Candidates with experience in journalism will be at an advantage

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
