Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at William Grant & Sons. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing distributor changes, and supporting commercial teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service, including organizing and coordinating total demand to support the delivery of commercial and operational goals.
  • Support commercial teams in all distributor changes, adhering to business guidelines and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Manage all shipments and cost per case to market, from document preparation to booking with Freight Forwarders, to ensure timely delivery and exceed agreed targets.
  • Support and manage new product introductions in line with commercial and marketing requirements, minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
  • Develop professional and productive relationships with key stakeholders to support operational performance and ensure accurate information sharing.

Requirements:

  • Export coordinator with customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with commercial teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in French is a bonus.
