Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Tradesperson to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd in South Birmingham and Coventry. This is a permanent position that comes with a company van and fuel card, providing you with the ideal opportunity to progress your career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs and refurbishments on social housing properties, utilising their skillset in Carpentry, Plastering, Basic Plumbing, Tiling, and Decorating. If you have experience in social housing and hold a Full UK Driving Licence, we would love to hear from you.

As a Multiskilled Tradesperson, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and callout rates. You will also receive 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a mobile phone allowance, and incredible progression opportunities within our company.
