About Us:

Service Care Solutions Ltd is a leading provider of legal services based in West Yorkshire. We are currently seeking an experienced Contract and Procurement Lawyer to join our team in Leeds City Centre.



Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting high-value contracts and procurement documentation, handling contract disputes, and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting high-value contracts and procurement documentation.
  • Handling contract disputes, including negotiations and ensuring the Combined Authority's position is protected at all times.
  • Managing high caseloads from start to completion.

Requirements:
  • You have strong understanding of contract law and procurement regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £46,500 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with a range of benefits, including 28 days Annual Leave (increasing upon years of service) plus bank holidays and a Pension Scheme.


Qualifications:
  • You are a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE experience in Contract and Procurement.
