Business Operations Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a General Manager to join our team at Frasers Group.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing controllable costs, leading the recruiting and training of new team members, and ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Effective management of stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within the gym
- Reporting facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines
- Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
- Able to effectively manage all policies and procedures, including Health & Safety
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
- Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business
