Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our beautiful 45 bedded residential and nursing service in Warrington, Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents with their physical needs.

Job Summary:
  • Provide person-centred care to residents with their physical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in conjunction with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Adult Nurse (RGN) qualification.
  • Previous experience in nursing homes or elderly care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
