We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team at Tonic Talent. This role is based in Birmingham and involves working in a production kitchen environment.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, staff meals are provided daily, including as much bread and cake as you can eat, making this a great perk for any pastry enthusiast.

About the Role

This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in a pastry role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality pastry products. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance, while also possessing excellent communication skills.

In terms of work-life balance, this role offers approximately 40-45 hours per week, with five days worked out of seven and two weekends off each month. This allows for a good balance between work and personal life.
