Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager - Real Assets

This is a challenging role that requires a professional with extensive experience in real asset/alternative asset management, specifically in conduct risk and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AIFMD regulations and the ability to provide expert advisory support across fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively provide advice, challenge, and review to the business, ensuring first-class conduct risk mitigation
  • Analysing emerging and developing regulations to implement changes quickly and effectively
  • Acting as the key point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets
  • Participating in committee meetings and assist with the drafting of reports


Requirements:

  • Real Asset/Alternative Asset experience is key to this role
  • A detailed understanding of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment
  • Strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups
