Job Title: Telesales Executive

In association with Recruit4Staff (Wrexham) Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in Wrexham. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making appointments across the UK on behalf of our business development managers. Your primary goal will be to hit KPIs, including 20 confirmed appointments per week. You will also be expected to use geographical tools and online search engines to contact businesses in target areas and update our CRM system with new information.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making appointments across the UK on behalf of the BDM in the area
• Follow up sales leads provided by business development managers
• Hit KPI 20 confirmed appointments per week
• Building a prospect / leads list and ensuring circulated communication to create new appointments
• Update CRM system with new information

Requirements:

• Experience working in an outbound lead generation of sales role
• Excellent customer service
• IT Literate
• Able to work using online search engines; google maps and LinkedIn for business prospecting
• Good UK Geographical Knowledge
