Job Title: Band 5 Community Children's Nursing

**Role Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Children's Hospice Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic care to life-limited children with complex needs and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in the assessment, planning, and delivery of care to children and their families.
  • Delegating care to non-registered members of the care team, promoting a philosophy of holistic care and active engagement of children and families.
  • Working in Horizon House and the wider community, including day and night duty.

**About Us:**

The Northern Ireland Hospice is a local charity offering specialist respite, symptom management, and end-of-life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.
