Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Blue Arrow - Southampton. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional pastry dishes, working closely with our Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and specials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Pastry section, ensuring efficient and productive operation
  • Develop and implement new dessert menu ideas and specials
  • Work with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to create exceptional pastry dishes
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality food production, preparation, and presentation
  • Train and supervise junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • Essential experience as a Pastry Chef, with a passion for food preparation and a desire to train and supervise junior members of the team
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  • Good English language skills
