Job Title: Recruitment ConsultantWe're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton branch, where you'll develop and grow a dual desk supplying staffing solutions to clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector. Our beautiful offices are situated centrally in Taunton, and you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent.
- Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available, and identify potential future talent pipeline.
- Implement and execute basic sales plans to increase productivity and sales activity, achieving year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit.
- Salary basic up to £32k (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus.
- Opportunity to join as a Trainee if you have no recruitment experience but do have sales experience and want to develop your career.
