About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring in North Tyneside. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care that respects and protects individuals' dignity
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches and support individuals to meet their outcomes
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control
  • Communicate effectively, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time
